J’s Maid Service was developed as the number of requests to provide house cleaning services has increased. In today’s busy lifestyle, we all could use help keeping up with housework. Our employees are there to help you!

We are committed to providing the best service available anywhere. With the vision of the management, the resources of our parent company and the training of our supervisors and maids, we are certain the relationship with our service will be even better than you expect.

We furnish all supplies and equipment used. It is all included in our fee. This assures our clients that our staff is trained on the correct use of the cleaners. All our products are specifically designed for residential use. Our equipment is maintained and cleaned after each home.  MSDS product safety sheets are available for review upon request.  If you have a favorite product that you would like our maids to use, you may provide it for them.   We will be rolling out a Green Cleaning program for the houses very soon and please let us know if you would like us to use Green Seal chemicals in your house. 

INSURANCE AND TAXES
The employees of J’s Maid Service are bonded and covered under our worker’s compensation insurance policy. Your property is protected by our liability insurance coverage. 

All taxes are paid for the employee, including federal, state, social security and unemployment. 

TEAM CLEANING OF YOUR HOME
The team cleaning method was chosen for its efficiency and consistency. By using a two or three maid team, we are able to provide a more complete job with less physical time in your home, apartment, townhouse or condo. This method allows both maids to double check the other’s work.

SUPERVISION OF WORK
One of the main focuses and the main feature customers appreciate is our style of supervision. At every home we clean, we will provide a full-time supervisor who has not only completed our two week training program, but also has the ability to train new maids.

Homes will receive surprise inspections by the management. All employees will have background checks performed as allowed by the laws of the State of California.

Our maids will not eat, smoke, watch television, use the phone (except to report to the office) or listen to music in your home. By using the team concept of cleaning our maids are never alone in your home. We carry a surety bond on our employees to guarantee your security.

We are locally owned and operated.  Our office is right at the corner of Foothill Blvd. and Dunsmore Ave. in La Crescenta.  Feel free to stop in and see what we are all about. 

STANDARD FEES
Our rates are very competitive and, in many cases, lower for the amount of cleaning and quality of our service. The average cost for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is less than you may expect per visit. We will clean your house for a fair price and provide you with the same amount of work each visit.   Please call for a free quote on all our services. We can usually schedule an estimate within 24 hours and a home cleaning within the week!

We are very active in the communities we serve.  We help sponsor the Crescenta Valley Fireworks show, the Montrose Chamber Golf Tournament, the Verdugo Hills and the Crescenta Caņada YMCA's community support campaigns, the CV 5K Walk , Montrose Oktoberfest (1st Saturday of October), American Cancer Society's  Foothills Relay For Life (scheduled each May), the Montrose Christmas Parade, etc., etc.!   We also support more than 10 local schools with annual silent auctions.   We believe being active in the community shows our commitment to making it an even better place to live!
